System Integration and QA
About The Position
Seeking a reliable hands-on system integrator to join our team at Yoom working on revolutionizing the character production pipeline, with a deep understanding of both hardware and software components of our studio system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Studio and lab operation, including system setup and installation at different sites around the world.
- Working closely with the RnD and Product teams regarding future studio developments and testing.
- Perform quality assurance of new software and hardware version releases.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a tech and/or support position.
- Proven experience in monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience in installing and configuring hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to dismantle and install computers and provide end-user support.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Proven experience in performing, supervising, and controlling procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide step-by-step technical instructions, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel with ability to support customers and partners worldwide.
- Experience in the field of optics - an advantage.
- Team player, open-minded and proactive approach.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
