Senior Sales Director / Motion Capture

About The Position:

Yoom is looking for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in MoCap/performance capture technologies and a strong network in the gaming, film, and entertainment sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of securing multimillion-dollar partnerships, an ability to navigate complex procurement environments, and the drive to position Yoom as a market leader in performance capture solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Yoom’s software licensing and technology footprint.
  • Drive revenue growth and build partnerships that establish Yoom as the premier provider of MoCap solutions.
  • Engage deeply with studios, production companies, game developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they maximize the value of Yoom’s solutions.
  • Tailor value propositions to client needs, articulating technical advantages and delivering high-quality pitches.
  • Actively collaborate with technical teams to support successful implementations.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and ensure accountability across sales milestones.
  • Use data and insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform Yoom’s strategic direction.

  • Self-starter with a history of success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive sales strategies.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
